As to your question, I would like to be of help to you. I visited the site of referred company. Yes, it is what we could call "band" or "mass" production as they distribute all over Europe.
As to the method they use, I haven''t been able to see (or read) much on their site. But, it should be more or less the same. After all, the chef in our video is an experienced guy dealing with döner for a long time and what he offers is real tasty, I''m telling you.
I know it is a funny idea but should you have the chance to fly over here for a couple of days, we could maybe arrange a very fast tarining for you :) (on the job training) :)

4 yildir Amerika da yasamaktayim. Bu surede canim Turkiye' me maddi olanaklarimin kisitli olmasi sebebi ile gelemedim. Sitenizi ziyaret ettim. Tek kelime ile muhtesem. Akliniza, gonlunuze saglik.
